For a death to be registered at the British Embassy you will need to fill in an application form and send us the originals of the following documents:

• Slovene death certificate (izpisek iz matične knjige umrlih);
• The deceased person's passport.

All fees are payable in Euros at the fixed Consular rate of exchange. Payment must be in cash at time of application.
