UKvisas has launched a new web-based and telephone based information service about visa requirements for the United Kingdom. The aim is to provide a consistent level of service world-wide relating to the general visa information.
People intending to travel to the United Kingdom should visit www.visainfoservices.com, a free website that provides both general and country-specific information on visa requirements, application procedures, application forms, relevant documents, and e-mail enquiries.
If applicants would additionally like to speak to professional staff about general visa information for the UK, they can do so by calling +44 20 7099 1290. Each call will cost approximately 10 Euro, payable by credit/ debit card (Visa or Mastercard) using a secure automated system. Please note this is not a toll-free number and international cal charges will apply.
Information Service staff is also able to e-mail applicants all related documents, including checklists, leaflets and visa information forms. The service is available in English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and Serbian.
For information relating to specific visa applications that have already been lodged at the British Embassy, applicants can contact British Embassy visa enquiries in Zagreb on +385 1 6009 122, or send an e-mail to the British Embassy Zagreb Consular and Visa Section.
